6 rounds for time of:

10 Tire flips  +  jump-ups

20 Sledge hammer swings

30 Up 3 / d0wn 3 on steps

Flip 200lb tire then jump up on side, down into center, up onto far side and down.  Turn around and repeat.  For steps, start with both feet on floor, step one foot on first and then other foot on second step then both feet meet on 3rd step.  Reverse this to return to floor for 1 rep.  Repeat.
