Skill  1 Arm Snatch with dumbbell

Strength Development  Single Leg Squat

  • 5 x 5 each leg
  • add weight or use bands as needed

WOD  3 Rounds for time:

  • 8 Snatches w/ Right arm, 45/30lb dumbbell
  • 8 Dead Hang Pull-Ups
  • 8 Snatches w/ Left arm,  45/30lb dumbbell
  • 8 Ring Dips
