Buy-In: 400 meters Farmers Carry with dummbells (80’s / 45’s).

  • 30 Sit-Up penalty each time you put dumbbells down
  • Clock for WOD starts as soon as you finish Buy-In

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:

  • 10 KB/DB snatches, 1.5 pood or 55lb dumbbell for men and 1 pood or 35lb for women
  • 10 one-arm KB swings (5L/5R)
  • 10 burpees
