Skill: Review wod movements

WOD: “Bear Complex”

Do  7 sets of the following sequence for 5 rounds…

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push-Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push-Press

The Rules:

  • Add weight every round for a max load in round 5
  • Once each set of 7 is started, the bar cannot be rested on the ground until finished
  • There is no time component, rest as needed between rounds or during each set
