Accumulate 3 minutes practicing a Hollow Hold

6 & 7 PM WOD:
Max Rep 25# Weighted Pull-Up, Then
Back Squat, 5000 Lb./8000 Lb.

Accumulate the noted weight in back squat repetitions  (i.e. 5 squats at 200 lb. = 1000 lb.)
Rest as needed between efforts

Post pull-up reps and squat loads to comments
