10 Glute Bridges
20s UpDog/ 20s DownDog
Buy-In: 5 Sets:
2 Front Squats w/3 sec hold in bottom @80%
3 Max Broad Jump
3 Negative HSPU (7 sec tempo down. kip out if possible)
WOD: For Time:
100 KB Swings (1.5/1pd)
1 Mile Run
